Gone are the days when pregnant woman were considered fragile things that should stay rested up. In reality, we have come to realize they are training for one of the hardest things they will do in their lifetime.
Working with women through pregnancy and recovery is one of the greatest honors I have had as a fitness coach. I tailor a program to the particular needs of the woman, the point at which she is in her pregnancy/recovery, and just how she happens to feel that day.
I have been certified through Pronatal since 2018 to serve this very special population, and have been lucky enough to be trusted by many women to coach them through this profound event.
