• Onsite Training - Gym in your building? A few pieces of equipment around the house? No equipment, but some home space to work out in? I travel to clients’ homes bringing a fitness program to them, eliminating travel time and making it easier to stick to a regular commitment.

  • Remote Training - If 2020 taught us anything, it was how to function remotely when necessary. Since then, I’ve learned to deliver personalized programs over Zoom and FaceTime, continuing to focus on connecting to my clients even when we can’t be in the same room. These sessions are slightly shorter and lower priced.

  • Private Yoga Instruction - Having certified as a yoga instructor in 2008 with Integral Yoga Institute, I like to bring some “zen” to all of my sessions. But if you’re looking for strictly yoga instruction for solo or small group sessions, I’m happy to accommodate.

  • Couple’s Sessions - The couple that plays together, stays together. Unless, of course, you’re overly competitive. Even if you just have a buddy you want to work out with and need more structure, hit me up!

  • Weekly Planning - Most of my clients work out two to three days a week with me, but for some people, that’s not enough. If your body or your personal goals require more than the amount of session we schedule, I can provide you a plan for activities and workouts to do on your own throughout the week.

  • Nutrition Coaching - We are what we eat, quite literally. I help clients examine their relationship with food and nourishment without shame or guilt.
